Potato Chip Sticks Spicy

Strips of boneless chicken breast dipped in a spicy garlic-oil mixture, coated in crushed potato chips, and baked until crisp; served with a three-mustard dipping sauce.

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Place garlic, oil and hot pepper sauce in food processor or blender, process until smooth and pour into bowl. Place crushed potato chips in another bowl. Dip chicken in garlic mixture, then in chips. Place in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Drizzle remaining garlic mixture over chicken and sprinkle on remaining chips. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Serve with Mustard sauce.
  2. Mixed Mustard Sauce: Combine mustards, honey and cream in small bowl. Whisk in Miracle Whip Salad Dressing until smooth.

  3. Place the crushed potato chips in another bowl.
  4. Dip the chicken strips in the garlic mixture, then in the chips.
  5. Place in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.
  6. Drizzle the remaining garlic mixture over the chicken and sprinkle on the remaining chips.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
  8. Serve with the Mustard Sauce.
  9. For the Mustard Sauce: combine the German mustard, Dijon mustard, and Chinese mustard with the honey and light cream in a small bowl.
  10. Whisk in the Miracle Whip Salad Dressing until smooth.
