Dijon Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken pieces coated in a Dijon-and-evaporated-milk dip and a Parmesan-bread crumb mixture, then baked.

Directions

  1. Mix mustard with milk in a bowl.
  2. Mix grated cheese with crumbs.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in mustard mix then crumb mix. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  1. Mix the Dijon mustard with the evaporated milk in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces first in the mustard mixture, then in the crumb mixture.
  4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place the chicken on it.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
