Pork Chop Ole'
Makes 4-6 servings
Pork chops browned in a skillet, then baked over a taco-seasoned tomato rice, topped with green pepper and melted cheese.
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Sprinkled with seasoned salt and pepper. Meanwhile in a greased 13 x 9 x 3 baking dish, combine rice, water, tomato sauce and taco seasoning, mix well. Arrange pork shops over rice, top with green pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.

- Arrange the pork chops over the rice and top with the chopped green pepper.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- Uncover and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
