Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie

A dense, fudgy baked brownie pie made with cocoa, chocolate chips, and nuts, baked in a pie plate and served in wedges with vanilla ice cream and chocolate topping.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl, beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter, In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chops, nuts and vanilla. Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not test done in center). Cool completely; cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream; top with your favorite chocolate syrup.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa, and salt; add to the egg mixture, beating until blended.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pie plate.
  6. Bake 35 minutes, or until set (the pie will not test done in the center).
  7. Cool completely; cut into wedges. Serve with vanilla ice cream and top with your favorite chocolate syrup (Chocolate Topping).
