Potatoes Anna

Potatoes Anna is a classic dish of thinly sliced potatoes dipped in butter, layered in a skillet, and baked until the cake can be turned out onto a platter.
Directions
- Dips each slice potato in butter and layer in circles in greased 9 inch iron skillet. Season each layer with spices. Cover ad bake 450 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Loosen, invert onto platter
- Dip each potato slice in the melted butter and layer the slices in circles in a greased 9-inch iron skillet.
- Season each layer with the salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Loosen and invert onto a platter.
