Parmesan Potato Wedges

Baking potato wedges soaked in ice water, seasoned with oregano, garlic, and paprika, baked until done and finished with grated parmesan.

Directions

  1. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges, soak potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes, drain and pat dry. Coat pan with cooking spray, arrange potatoes in one layer, brush with margarine. Combine spices, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours turning twice. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.

  3. Coat a pan with cooking spray (vegetable spray) and arrange the potatoes in one layer.
  4. Brush the potatoes with the 2 teaspoons margarine.
  5. Combine the spices — 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika — and sprinkle over the potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning twice.
  7. Remove, sprinkle with the 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
