No Roll Pastry Shell

A press-in pie crust that skips rolling: oil and milk are stirred into the flour right in the pan, then pressed into shape over the bottom and sides.
Directions
- sift dry ingredients into pie pan. Combine oil and milk in measuring cup. Whip with fork and pour all at once over flour mixture. Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened. Press evenly and firmly over bottom and sides of pan.
- Sift the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and salt) directly into the pie pan.
- In a measuring cup, combine the oil and cold milk and whip with a fork.
- Pour all at once over the flour mixture.
- Mix with a fork until the flour is completely dampened.
- Press evenly and firmly over the bottom and sides of the pan.
