Lady Finger Cake

Name: Lady Finger Cake
Ingredients: 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 1 pkg 4 oz cream cheese, softened; 3/4 cup sugar; 2 pints heavy cream; 1 tsp confectioners sugar; 3 pkg Lady Fingers; fruit topping

A no-bake refrigerated dessert of sweetened cream cheese folded with whipped heavy cream, layered with lady fingers and a fruit topping.

Directions

Combine cream cheese and sugar.
In another bowl combine cream and confectioners sugar. Mix both together. Put Lady Fingers on bottom and sides of pan, pour mix on top and choice of topping. Refrigerate.

Combine the cream cheese and sugar.
In another bowl, combine the heavy cream and confectioners sugar.
Mix both together.
Line the bottom and sides of a pan with the Lady Fingers, pour the mixture on top, and add your choice of fruit topping.
Refrigerate.
