Fruit Trifle

A layered dessert of angel food cake, mixed fresh fruit, and vanilla pudding assembled in a large glass bowl and finished with liqueur-sprinkled bananas.
Directions
- In medium bowl pour half and half and pudding mix, gently beat about 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
- Reserve several strawberry slices. Mix strawberries, cantaloupe, peaches and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate.
- Assemble shortly before you serve in a large glass bowl.
- Cake first, fruit mixture and pudding mixture, do this twice, just before serving peel bananas and slice sprinkle with liqueur. Arrange around edge and put extra strawberries on the center. Serve at once.
- In a medium bowl, pour in the half and half and pudding mix. Gently beat about 2 minutes, then cover and refrigerate.
- Reserve several strawberry slices for garnish. Mix the strawberries, cantaloupe, peaches, and blueberries together. Cover and refrigerate.
- Shortly before serving, assemble in a large glass bowl: cake first, then the fruit mixture, then the pudding mixture.
- Repeat those three layers a second time.
- Just before serving, peel and slice the bananas and sprinkle them with orange liqueur.
- Arrange the banana slices around the edge and put the reserved extra strawberries in the center. Serve at once.
