Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

A food-processor chocolate frosting of butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk, and orange liqueur.
Directions
- All all ingredients in order in processor. Put cover on. Pulse 2-3 times. Process for 1 minute scraping sides.
- Add all ingredients in order into a processor and put the cover on.
- Pulse 2-3 times, then process for 1 minute, scraping the sides.
