Chourico Stewed w/Cabbage
A Portuguese-style stew of sliced chourico sausage simmered with finely chopped cabbage, onion, and garlic in soup stock.
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Slice chourico and add with remaining ingredients. Simmer until cabbage is well cooked.
- Saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil.
- Slice the chourico and add it along with the remaining ingredients: soup stock, chopped cabbage, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer until the cabbage is well cooked.
