Chocolate Chip Squares

Cheesecake-style bars with a chocolate chip cookie dough top and bottom sandwiching a walnut-sprinkled cream cheese filling.

Directions

  1. Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Slice 1 roll of cookie dough thinly (1/4 inch wide). Lay in bottom of pan very close to form bottom of squares.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla . Beat until smooth. Spread over layer of cookie dough in pan. Sprinkle nuts over mixture.
  4. Slice second roll of cookie dough thinly and lay very close each other over ingredients in pan. If any cookie dough is left fill in spaces between slices.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Slice into squares when cool.
