Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

A chocolate cream cheese pie set in a chocolate vanilla-wafer crumb crust, made rich with sweetened condensed milk and melted semi-sweet chocolate.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and margarine; press firmly on to bottom and up side to rim of 9-inch pie plate. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then melted chocolate chips. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate.

- Combine the vanilla wafer crumbs, confectioners sugar, cocoa, and melted margarine. Press firmly onto the bottom and up the side to the rim of a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then the melted semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Cool thoroughly. Garnish as desired, then refrigerate.
