Name: Zesty Carrots
Ingredients: 7 med carrots jullienned; 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 2 tbsp horseradish sauce; 2 tbsp grated onions; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper; 1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs; 1 tbsp margarine melted; paprika

Crisp-tender julienned carrots baked under a tangy mayonnaise-horseradish sauce with a buttered breadcrumb and paprika topping.

Directions

Cook carrots 5 minutes until crisp tender. Put carrots in casserole dish. Combine next 5 ingredients. Spread over carrots. Mix butter and crumbs, spread over carrots, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes.

Cook the carrots for 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
Put the carrots in a casserole dish.
Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, grated onions, salt, and pepper. Spread over the carrots.
Mix the melted margarine and breadcrumbs; spread over the carrots. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
