Wacky Cake

A no-egg, no-dairy chocolate cake mixed entirely in the pan — the dry ingredients are sifted together, then vinegar, oil, vanilla, and cold water are stirred in before baking.
Directions
- Into an ungreased 9 inch pan sift first five these things together.
- Spread mixture in pan and make holes, add the next three ingredients to pan
- Pour 1 cup of cold water over all and mix with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Into an ungreased 9-inch pan, sift together the first five ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking soda, sugar, and salt).
- Spread the mixture in the pan and make holes in it. Add the next three ingredients (vanilla, vinegar, and salad oil) to the pan.
- Pour 1 cup of cold water over all and mix with a fork.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
