Veal Cutlets

Thin veal cutlets pounded flat, coated in a Parmesan bread-crumb mixture, and pan-fried in margarine.
Directions
- Slice veal into thin slices and pound with mallet to 1/4" thickness. Combine egg, water, oil, beat well. Combine bread crumbs and spices. Dip cutlets in egg mixture and then crumb mixture. Then fry in margarine. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.

- In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and the spices.
- Dip the cutlets in the egg mixture, then in the crumb mixture.
- Fry in the margarine.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
