Veal Cutlets

Thin veal cutlets pounded flat, coated in a Parmesan bread-crumb mixture, and pan-fried in margarine.

Directions

  1. Slice veal into thin slices and pound with mallet to 1/4" thickness. Combine egg, water, oil, beat well. Combine bread crumbs and spices. Dip cutlets in egg mixture and then crumb mixture. Then fry in margarine. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.

  2. In a bowl, combine the egg, water, and oil; beat well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and the spices.
  4. Dip the cutlets in the egg mixture, then in the crumb mixture.
  5. Fry in the margarine.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
