Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Manicotti shells stuffed with a filling of ricotta, mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and chopped spinach, then topped with spaghetti sauce and more cheese and baked.

Directions

  1. In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes; set aside. In a mixing bowl combine the ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, cream cheese, 4 tbs Parmesan, Italian seasoning and pepper; beat until smooth. Stir in onion mixture, add the chopped spinach, mix well then stuff the manicotti shells, place in Baking dish cover with sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees till done.

  3. Stir in the onion mixture, add the chopped spinach, and mix well.
  4. Stuff the manicotti shells and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Cover with the spaghetti sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until done (time not given).
