Princess Brownies

A layered brownie made from a boxed brownie mix with a sweetened cream cheese layer baked in the middle.
Directions
- Prepare mix as directed, set aside. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mix well. Stir in vanilla and egg. Spread half brownie mix into greased 13 x 9 pan cover with cream cheese mixture and spoon remaining brownie batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package; set aside.
- Combine the softened cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Stir in the vanilla and egg.
- Spread half of the brownie mix into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover with the cream cheese mixture, then spoon the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
