Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
A pork tenderloin baked in a sweet-savory glaze of maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and curry, then sliced and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork in an 11 by 7 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the maple syrup, chili sauce, soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and garlic. Pour over the pork.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the tenderloin reads 150
- Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/4 inch slices; spoon the sauce on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
