Barbecued Pork Loin

A pork loin roast basted with a tangy vinegar, lemon, and Worcestershire barbecue sauce and roasted to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees. Serves 6.

Directions

  1. Place pork loin in roasting pan. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and water, bring to boiling point. Spoon some sauce over meat. Roast pork loin at 325 degrees for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or to an internal temperature of at least 160 on a meat thermometer. Baste pork frequently with the sauce.   3. Spoon some of the sauce over the meat.
  4. Roast the pork loin at 325 degrees for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or to an internal temperature of at least 160 on a meat thermometer.
  5. Baste the pork frequently with the sauce.
