Chicken breasts pounded thin and rolled around ham, Swiss cheese, and parsley, then breaded and baked.

Directions

  1. Pound/flatten chicken to 1/4 inch. place 1 slice ham and cheese in center add a little parsley. Roll up lengthwise and secure with toothpick. Add spices to breadcrumbs. Dip chicken in milk, roll in crumbs. Place chicken in baking dish cook uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  1. Pound or flatten each chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese in the center of each breast and add a little parsley.
  3. Roll up lengthwise and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Add the spices (paprika, salt, and pepper) to the bread crumbs.
  5. Dip the chicken in the milk, then roll in the crumbs.
  6. Place the chicken in a baking dish and cook uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Chicken breasts rolled around ham and Swiss cheese, coated in flour, honey mustard, and seasoned bread crumbs, then baked until golden.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Pound chicken pieces, put one slice of ham and cheese on each breast
  3. Roll each breast jellyroll style tucking ends in and securing with toothpicks. Place flour, mustard and crumbs in separate shallow bowls, add chicken to flour and coat, then to mustard to coat and then place in bread crumbs and coat well.
  4. Add to baking sheet and coat with cooking spry. Bake until chicken is golden and cooked through about 40 minutes, remove toothpicks and serve.

  4. Place the flour, honey mustard, and seasoned bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Coat each chicken roll in the flour, then in the mustard, then in the bread crumbs, coating well.
  5. Add to the baking sheet and coat with cooking spray. Bake until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the toothpicks and serve.
