Balsamic Vinaigrette w/Equal
A tangy balsamic vinaigrette sweetened with Equal and emulsified with olive oil, meant to be served over mixed greens.
Directions
- Whisk vinegar, Equal, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well blended. Whisking constantly, add oil in a slow steady stream until mixture is thickened and well combined. Serve over mixed greens.
- Whisk the balsamic vinegar, Equal, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl until well blended.
- Whisking constantly, add the olive oil in a slow steady stream until the mixture is thickened and well combined.
- Serve over mixed greens.
