A chilled molded dessert of lime gelatin with crushed pineapple, small-curd cottage cheese, and whipped heavy cream folded in.

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add 1 cup well drained pineapples. Let stand until syrupy. Add 1 cup smallcurd cottage cheese and 1 cup heavy cream, whipped very stiff and fold in carefully. Let set.
