Good Cookies

A cracker-toffee cookie made by pouring a boiled butter-and-sugar syrup over saltine crackers, topping with walnuts, and baking briefly.
Directions
- Melt butter/margarine/sugar, bring to a boil. Boil slowly for 3 minutes to form syrup.
- Spray cookie sheet with pam, place saltines on sheets. Pour butter on crackers. Put nuts on. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Cool then break apart and store.
- Melt the butter, margarine, and sugar together and bring to a boil. Boil slowly for 3 minutes to form a syrup.
- Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place the saltines on the sheet. Pour the butter syrup over the crackers, then put the nuts on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Cool, then break apart and store.
