Cream Cheese Rollups

Thin slices of bread spread with sweetened cream cheese, rolled up, brushed with melted butter, and coated in cinnamon sugar before being frozen and baked.

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese with milk and extract. Cut crust off bread to make square. Spread a little cream cheese on each and roll up. Coat each roll with melted butter and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Freeze before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for only a few minutes until lightly brown.
  1. Mix the cream cheese with the milk and extract.
  2. Cut the crust off each slice of bread to make a square.
  3. Spread a little of the cream cheese mixture on each slice and roll it up.
  4. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Coat each roll with melted butter, then roll it in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  6. Freeze the rolls before baking.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for only a few minutes, until lightly browned.
