Barbeque Sauce

Name: Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Wesson oil; 3/4 cup chopped onions; 3/4 cup ketchup; 3/4 cup water; 1/3 cup lemon juice; 3 b sugar; 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce; 2 tbs mustard; 2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper

A quick tomato-based barbecue sauce made with ketchup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire, cooked with sauteed onion.

Directions

Cook onion until soft in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 minutes.

Cook the onion in the hot oil until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 minute.
